We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting & Inventory Specialist to support accounts payable and receivable functions, inventory control, and administrative operations. This role works closely with Accounting, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate financial records, inventory accuracy, and efficient office support.
Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, including invoicing, cash application, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records; resolve billing and invoice discrepancies
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts, investigate variances, and update inventory records
- Support inventory audits, job closeouts, and product cost reporting
- Assist with timesheet entry, operational reporting, and administrative documentation
- Maintain accounting, safety, and compliance records; support process improvements and audits
- Provide backup support to showroom sales and other accounting or administrative functions as needed
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in accounting (AP/AR), inventory control, or warehouse/manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse/shop floor settings
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
